Individual Therapy
I work one-on-one with children, adolescents, young-adults, and adults around a variety of challenges. Some common issues one might explore in therapy include depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, self-care/ nutrition habits, limit-setting, social skills development, grief, eating disorders, stress-management, utilizing coping skills, assertiveness/ communication training, life transitions, identity building, creating and sustaining healthy relationships, and self-harm/ suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Each individual's story is different and I value the uniqueness of each client.

Therapeutic Parent Support
Finding the balance between a positive connection and appropriate limits is one of the greatest challenges a parent can face. I offer support to parents in conjunction with or separate from their child’s treatment. Parents may desire an opportunity to develop/ sharpen their skills/ strategies to help their children thrive, as well as a space that helps them to cope with the great challenges of being a parent. I also value collaboration with parents of children with whom I am working as a means of helping parents to model new skills for their children and support a child's therapeutic goals in the home environment. The role of a parent is immensely powerful and I believe that helping parents grow can, in turn, help their children to grow.

Family Therapy
In therapy, families can work together in a safe and mediated atmosphere to explore conflict, develop and practice effective communication, identify unhelpful patterns of engagement, and learn more successful styles of interacting with one another. Finding a way to communicate our needs effectively and demonstrate that we hear and understand the needs of others is a crucial part of shaping a positive home environment.

Parent-Child Sessions
Sometimes, having a neutral space to voice concerns and focus energy on healing together can help to repair the parent-child bond. Parent-child sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space to identify unhelpful relational patterns, practice new skills, and transfer these healthier patterns into life at home.
